I work on your side, providing local oversight, representation and continuity before and during local engagement. The role is designed for film and TV productions that need independent eyes, practical judgment and on-the-ground presence without establishing their own in-country office.

How I work
Each engagement is scoped to the production’s needs and stage. Support may range from early review and meeting participation to ongoing oversight, reporting and on-the-ground representation. Decision-making authority remains with your team unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Confidentiality is handled professionally and NDAs can be put in place where appropriate.
Practical fit, initial diligence and perspective before a local setup is engaged.
Independent local participation during discussions with counterparties and vendors.
Client-side visibility during prep and production, with attention to execution, communication and developments requiring awareness.

I have worked across creative, operational and business-facing contexts — including film production, music projects, PR work connected to major entertainment brands and festivals. That experience is paired with a senior management background in global corporate environments, where clarity, accountability and disciplined execution are non-negotiable.
